Suspect: Lester Morris Ivy 25 years old, TRANSIENT
On March 13, 2017 at about 5:49pm, Napa Police Officers were dispatched to Pine
Street regarding a sexual assault. Officers detained a man matching the description of
the offender who was later identified as Lester Morris Ivy.
Napa Police Department Detectives responded to the call and conducted the
investigation. Detectives learned Ivy had been selling magazines door to door. He
entered the victim’s residence uninvited, sexually assaulted her and threatened her.
The victim was treated at a local area hospital and released.
Ivy was interviewed and arrested for 459 PC (Burglary), 243.4 PC (Sexual Battery For
